Rush service: Subject to our approval. Additional charges may apply.
Payment conditions: Orders may be paid for upon delivery (with cash, Interac, MasterCard, or Visa). Accounts opened with credit approval must be cleared by the 30th of the following month. An interest charge of 2% per month (24% per year) will be applied to every account that is past due. We reserve the right to close any long-overdue account.
Preparation of orders: All orders must be prepared in advance, and should be ready for production. We will charge extra for any orders brought to us with a list.
Colours: Help us to serve you better by bringing a sample of the colours you prefer. We will print your order to match your sample at no extra charge. For perfect colour matching, we will charge a $10.00 custom price.
Returns: We must receive returns within ten days of the delivery date, together with the original envelope and an explanation note. We reserve the right to accept returns at no charge. We will not accept returns accompanied by a sample that was not included in the original order.
Delivery: Due to rising delivery costs, please confirm costs with customer service.
Responsibility: Although we take special care of your orders, damage may occur due to mechanical breakdown or human error. We will discuss with you how to best compensate for your loss with free orders.
Night time deposit: You can deposit your orders in our night time deposit box if you arrive after closing hours.
Operating hours: Monday through Friday; from January to August, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and from September to December, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
