I live in the city that I love: Montreal. My father was an avid shooter and I was surrounded by cameras as a child. I was given my first camera (a ''Debonair'' 120 plastic box) at age 8. I was fascinated by the possibility of fixing a moment forever, magically suspending the flight of time. I aimed my lens at the people in my close entourage, expecting their true nature to appear. It was just an exercise, I did not have the means to get the film processed, but it had sparked a life-long passion. Today I continue to use my camera to catch the beauty and ugliness of it all, the people, things, places, moments. It is my way of taking it all in.
