Artwork Return Policy

100% satisfaction warranty

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not happy with the quality of our large format printing, canvas printing, Plexiglas image or aluminum brushed metal print, or if you are not happy with your custom frame, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation to your entire satisfaction. If you notice quality problems with your print and/or frame, contact us within 30 days of your order shipping to request an exchange or refund. Please note that for refunds, shipping rates are not refundable. This excludes the choice of your image. Ask our advisers to help you choose the best material or ask for our discovery kit.


If your printed artwork or frame is damaged or otherwise defective, please follow these simple steps:

  • Take a photo of your damaged artwork or frame.
  • Email your photo to [email protected].
  • Please include in your message your name, phone number and order number, as well as the description of the damage.
  • We will reply within 48 hours and inform you of the next steps for your request.

Please note that for your own artowk, our quality guarantee applies to our printing and framing services only, as we cannot modify your photo in any way.
